Emotional intelligence helps you succeed in life by achieving your career and personal goals.

We commonly define emotional intelligence by:

  2. Self-awareness
  3. Social awareness
  4. Relationship management

We can see my approach to address the various quadrants related to Emotional Intelligence in the modules (quizzes) included.

I design each quiz to measure the effectiveness and participation in the various quadrants by individual, teams, peers and supervisors.

Based on the results, we test and generate detailed reports by individual and team.

Feedback sessions, as applicable, arranged and planned, completes the evaluation process.
