I design each quiz to measure the effectiveness and participation in the various quadrants by individual, teams, peers and supervisors.
Based on the results, we test and generate detailed reports by individual and team.
Feedback sessions, as applicable, arranged and planned, completes the evaluation process.
We perceive a definition of Emotional intelligence as the person's ability to understand his/her emotions and skills to manage relationships with himself and others in the workplace.
